Small Eden set in the green landscape just outside of the famous towns of Pitigliano and Sovana, an area full of Etruscan ruins. Very well kept property, immersed in the green vegetation, where a good distance from one another are the three villas Anfora 1, 2, 3 as well as the owners' villa, the caretakers house and 2 other small apartments. Peaceful position. In a secluded position in a large outdoor area with olive trees and lawn is a beautiful swimming pool (8x16) and a tennis court (shared). Each house has its own equipped outdoor area. Access from a pleasant avenue with automatic gate. Complete, reasonably comfortable furnishings. A couple (the caretakers) live on the property.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
