No way: this is the comfy but affordable solution for your Italian holidays. A spacious 4 rooms accommodation with private entrance and free parking lot (hard to find any during the summer). Shops, restaurants, cafes...Are all within easy reach. A golf club, discos and clubs, outlets and fashion malls, pretty medieval towns all over the region and a huge theme fun park are just few miles away. Not enough. Rome awaits you. Rome (Roma), the eternal city, is literally eternal. It has endured for over 2,700 years, with an ambiance like no other. Embedded in centuries of history and culture, it is Italy's capital and largest city, offering far too much to see in one visit. In this city a phenomenal concentration of history, legend, and monuments coexists with an equally phenomenal concentration of people, busily going about their everyday life. It's hard to say what you'll find most breathtaking about the eternal city. The opulence of the Vatican, the timelessness of the Forum, the long cuisine tradition, the characteristic Fiat Cinquecentos speeding up all over the city streets, or the millions of cats in the Coliseum. Whatever your interests are, Rome has something special for you. Still not enough?!?!?! You...Eager vacationaholics!! The rooftop with a charcoal BBQ and some ambiance lanterns will be the perfect frame for a happy ending of the day ;-) P.S. We are pet and human friendly ;-)

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Cash
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 7 pm. Guest pays a 30.00 fee if they check in after 6 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 5.00 EUR is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.)
