Cerritos Beach is a 15 minute walk from the property. Bruja Beach is a short drive/bus ride away where you will find quaint and wonderful seafood, Thai, rib & steak, Mexican, and other restaurants.

For rentals longer than 60 days the rent can be paid monthly along with the electricity and gas bills to the local Property Manager
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure.
For long term rentals (60 days or more) $1000 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party Guests are requested to leave 300 pesos (approx $30) in the unit for the housekeeper who will clean the suite on departure.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Uncovered parking stall #601 is in front of the building. The security guard at the front gate will let you in and out of the gated lot.
