Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card
Nightly rate includes stay accomodations ONLY, and does not include charter, operation of the yacht, fuel charges, etc. Please contact owner for additional information on these charges if required.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 6 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
