- Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The complex is 1 minute walk from the beach.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
