• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Every type of shop is very near to the unit - like bank, pharmacy, supermarket etc...
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is less than 10 minutes. The unit has the view of the Mediterrenean sea. We can provide guests with an umbrella and a bed for the beach.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
