Charming farmhouse with outbuilding (total 220 m2) situated halfway up a hill and from where you can enjoy a beautiful and relaxing view of the hills; on the top of one of these hills stands the enchanting castle of Monte Po. The house is surrounded by a fenced-in green area of approx. 5000 m2. There is an outbuilding slightly below 30 m away. peaceful position. Access with short final stretch not asphalted. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Farmhouse
Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, double divan bed and access to the lawn, kitchen with fireplace/barbecue (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) and access to a pretty covered terrace (30 m2) equipped with table for outdoor dining, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (access both from inside by means of a spiral staircase or from outside from a convenient built-in staircase): 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (120 cm wide each bed), 1 bathroom with bath. Comfortable country-style furniture.
Outbuilding (only 30 m from the main house)
2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower and kitchen corner and access to a panoramic, covered and equipped terrace that overlooks the hills. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 800 km away is the town of Poggioferro (food shop, small restaurant), 5 km Scansano, home to the famous "Morellino" wine (all kinds of shops), 35 km the important Etruscan ruins of Roselle, 60 km the beaches of Marina di Grosseto, Principina and the natural park of Uccellina, 80 km Siena.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
