Apartment in a three-family villa set within the characteristic pine tree grove of the Maremma coast, or more exactly, in the bathing resort of Principina. The apartment, situated on one side of the villa, has private access to an exclusive grassy area shaded by pine trees and large area for parking. Peaceful position. Views of the pine tree grove and the other villas. In the back the house borders an area that is protected by only a pine tree grove. Outdoor shower in the garden. Ideal place for getting around by bike.
ACCOMMODATION: Mezzanine gr. fl.: living room with 2 armchair beds and access to an equipped terrace (10 m2) and the garden, kitchen with access to terrace (10 m2) with barbecue, 1 bathroom with open shower (no box). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with open shower (no box). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 450 m from the sea (free and equipped beaches) which can be easily reached by bike or on foot since it is flat and shaded. 4 km from Marina di Grosseto (all kinds of shops, tourist harbour), 15 km Castiglione della Pescaia, 20 km the Etruscan necropolis of Roselle, 60 km Massa Marittima, 75 km the thermal baths of Saturnia.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
