Shopping and Dining
Located above the Marketplace Center in the Village North. There are some restaurants and shops in the center. To walk to the main village takes about 5 minutes.

Whistler Golf Club.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
Before you can put on your skis, there is a 7-10 minute walk to the Whistler ski run. A shuttle bus takes skiers to the base of the Whistler lift. The pick up and drop off point is directly beside the complex. The total trip time (both ways) is between 7 and 15 minutes.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a lake. It is a 5 - 7 minute drive to the area's most popular lakes: Alta Lake, Green Lake, and Lost Lake.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
