The property's position is suitable for cultural holidays (Venetian villas and walled-in cities) combined with fine cuisine. The house is surrounded by 5 hectares of natural lawn garden with garden furniture; in the courtyard there is a swimming pool (3.5x14.5) with artificial water flow. Shared laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer. Mountain bikes are available to the guests. All of the apartments have ADSL connection and air conditioning. In one of the complex's wings there is a wine cellar shop with kitchen with special prices for guests. Central heating with system running underneath the floor (also in the bathrooms) and the walls. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
