Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
