Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
