Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellation Policy -Cancellation until 3 month before the Check in, no penalty required (refund deposit) -Cancellation from 3 months before to 45 days before Check in, penalty of 30% required. -Cancellation from 45 days to 30 days before Check in, penalty of 50 % total amount required -Cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before Check in, penalty of 70 % total amount required -Cancellation after 15 days before Check in or in case of No Show the total amount is required

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 10.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
