1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). One spacious double bedroom, fine arranged with a balcony and a window on the terrace, it has a sea view and in the room there is also an cupboard and an old mirror.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Inside there is a wide living room full of sun, with a tv, and stereo. Kitchen is in the same room, and living room has a balcony on the terrace.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Outside there is a little terrace of 20sqm arranged with table and chairs and a corner with a brickwork barbecue. This terrace looking out onto the sea and across the wild nature of this area, with a spectacular view on the sea side and the coast.

Bigger center of the area is Sorrento,where there are a lot of shops of any kinds, and market, in Massalubrense that is far from the house 1 km. there are a very nice restaurantes and also some shops and market, no so big like in sorrento.
The port of Massalubrense is reached walking where there are restaurantes and bars, some little food shop .
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. There is room for 2 boats.
From the beach is possible to arrive, in a few minutes, to a little port of Massalubrense, very populated during the summer nights with a characteristic bars and restaurants, and in the morning it is possible from here to rent a boat to visit the coast from the sea.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
