• There is a shuttle service leaving from the residence at established times (from 2nd of July 2006 to 31 August) to the Marina del Cantone (Nerano) pebbly beach, 3 km away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
