The Freedom Holiday Residence is situated in Massa Lubrense - 350 mt. above sea-level, near the internationally famous tourist resorts of Sorrento and Positano, and facing the isle of Capri, which can be reached by boat from every equipped beach of the area. The residence is in a large private park with pinewood, swimming-pool and tennis-court. The main nucleus of the accomodation is an old building completely renovated in 2002, linked by paths and listed in a guide of nature excursions and walks.

Price includes: Utilities (water, electricity and gas) - weekly linen change - weekly cleaning. Price does not include: Air conditioning on request Euro 5,00 per day - Parking on request Euro 5,00 per day - Personal card: adults Euro 18,00, children 4-12 Euro 10 from 05.06.10 to 04.09.10. The card includes the shuttle to the beach, the access to the swimming-pool, the use of the tennis-court.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The small village of Monticchio is nearby the complex (about 100 mt. away) for groceries, bar, pizzeria. Bigger centers such as Sorrento, S.Agata sui due Golfi or Massa Lubrense are reachable by car or by bus.
• In summer there is a shuttle service leaving from the residence at established times to the Marina del Cantone (Nerano) pebbly beach, 3 km away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
