Price Includes: Utilities (water, electricity and gas) - weekly linen change - weekly cleaning. Price does not include: Air conditioning on request Euro 7,00 per day - Parking on request Euro 5,00 per day - Personal card: adults Euro 16,00, children 4-12 Euro 9,00 from 14.06.08 to 06.09.08. The card includes the shuttle to the beach, the access to the swimming-pool, the use of the tennis-court. The Freedom Holiday Residence is situated in Massa Lubrense - 350 mt. above sea level, near to the internationally famous resorts of Sorrento and Positano, and facing the isle of Capri, which can be reached by boat from every equipped beach of the area. The residence is in a large private park with pinewood, swimming pool and tennis-court. The main nucleus of the accommodation is an old building completely renovated in 2002, linked by paths recommended and listed in a guide of nature excursions and walks.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The small village of Monticchio is nearby the complex (about 100 mt. away) for groceries, bar, pizzeria. Bigger centers such as Sorrento, S.Agata sui due Golfi or Massa Lubrense are reachable by car or by bus.
• There is a shuttle service leaving from the residence at established times to the Marina del Cantone pebbly beach, 3 km. away.

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
