The villa is endowed with a private pool and solarium equipped with parasols, deckchairs and bed chairs. From the villa entrance you step into the sitting room furnished with sofa bed (double), satellite TV and stereo CD. From here you have access to 3 bathrooms with shower and to one double bedroom. The kitchen is full-equipped, washing machine included. From the sitting room through the corridor you get to a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All the villa is endowed with air conditioning/heating to be paid upon consumption. The villa has got its own parking area.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
