Shared: spacious, grassy and equipped outdoor area with barbecue. Parking. DISTANCES: Approx. 2 km horse riding school, 4 km Massa Marittima (various shops), 25 km Follonica (beaches).
ACCOMMODATION:
1st fl.: living/dining-room (TV) with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen (oven), 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Cot available. Simple style furniture. Telephone at the caretaker's house 20 m away. Heating with electric stoves .

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
