Peaceful position with views of the vineyards of the renowned Monteregio "doc" wine and of Massa Marittima. Shared: spacious equipped outdoor area with swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-30/9). The couple who tends to the outdoor areas lives in an apartment made from a portion of the villa. Comfortable modern furniture. Air conditioning. You can taste and purchase the wine made on the farm. Central heating. DISTANCES: 5 km Massa Marittima (all kinds of shops, swimming pool, tennis), 13 km from the golf course of Follonica (horse riding), 30 km Punta Ala (golf, sailing).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
