Manor villa (230 m2) and four apartments in a villa inside an ancient wine-growing farm situated 5 km from the medieval hamlet of Massa Marittima. Peaceful position with views of the vineyards of the renowned Monteregio "doc" wine and of Massa Marittima. Shared: spacious equipped outdoor area with swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-30/9). The couple who tends to the outdoor areas lives in an apartment made from a portion of the villa. Comfortable modern furniture. Air conditioning. You can taste and purchase the wine made on the farm. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance, spacious living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and access to the outside, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with divan bed and bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with attic ceiling, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath. Washing machine. On the gr. fl. there is a room that is closed that can only be accessed from outside and is reserved for the owner.Spacious portico and an equipped and reserved garden (2,000 m2) with barbecue. Two covered parking spaces. Daily making up of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. Central heating.
LOCATION: 5 km Massa Marittima (all kinds of shops, swimming pool, tennis), 13 km from the golf course of Follonica (horse riding), 30 km Punta Ala (golf, sailing).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
