Standing in its own secluded gardens with a private pool, the patio doors lead to the covered porch, with views to the high mountain peaks of the Montseny Natural Park. Art galleries, museums, shops and restaurants, Girona and Figueres and beaches an easy drive. Set on a small development, there is a restaurant within walking distance and larger shops and supermarkets can be found 5 km down the hill in the village of Elviria. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
