The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: deposit.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed. A fee of € 3 a day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
