Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
