50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15 USD.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
