Beautiful 1 bdrm condo with two double beds in the Crowne Plaza Hotel with a spectacular ocean view right on the beach in Neuvo Mazatlan near the Marina. This large unit has two bathrooms, ultra modern decor, and a sundeck overlooking the ocean and pool. The unit is on the sixth floor of a full service hotel, so cook for yourself in the kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances or enjoy the two restaurants or room service. The hotel has a spa, bar and infinity pool on the beach. The location is fabulous for a leisurely vacation on the beach with easy access to the tourist area.

Special Conditions
As with any hotel stay the renters must check-in to the hotel reservation desk with a valid credit card which will be charged with any miscellaneous items that are signed for (such as restaurant or bar bills etc) phone charges or unit damages. The card will be charged $30.00 US for housekeeping charges on departure. The rental for the hotel room is not paid for on the credit card it is paid in advance directly to the owner by cheque or money order.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00 USD per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
