Vacation Paradise This is a brand new, ultra deluxe building right on the beach. The unit is 21 floors up (first 3 floors are parking and lobby levels), with views that are absolutely incredible. High ceilings with glass walls on the front side. Fully loaded kitchen and all new furniture inside and out. The building has many of amenities: infinity pool, owners sports bar with billiards, private cinema, business center, gym, spa, BBQ, 24/7 security, and inside parking. Close to restaurants and shopping. Lounge on the patio and watch the beautiful sunsets. Steps to sand, you may never want to leave!! |

Fully equipped with the very best! Mikasa china, featuring seven piece place settings and serving set. Lennox flatware setting for 12, including serving pieces. Cutlery set with matching steak knives. Tall and short glassware for beverages from France. All stainless kitchen with Bosch stove and GE Profile fridge, washer, and dryer.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large master with view of city & marina on one side, and slider going to private balcony overlooking the ocean and islands in the front. Spring Air pillow top California King bed with Calvin Klein designer bedding.

2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). This room contains two full sized pillow top beds, with a private balcony that overlooks the city and marina. Night time views are spectacular from this bedroom, and there is some ocean view since the building is on a peninsula.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and two basins.

Views of the ocean and beautiful islands are more than 180 degrees, since the building is on a peninsula. Significant city light views of the city and nearby marina...in fact the night time views are just as stunning as the daytime. The front main great room features glass walls, with sliders that open almost all the way across in the front and another slider on the side. You will be in awe!!

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Simply walk to the front of the building for a bus, cab, pulmonia (very fun open air taxi). • Golf: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk or ride to some of the most fabulous restaurants. All kinds of different foods available, and every kind of shopping you could possibly want. • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Lots of activities await you. Horseback riding on the sand, jet-skis, para-sailing, kayaks, and every other kind of water activities. Visit the aquarium, opera house, golden zone (lots of restaurants and shopping), and Stone Island (deserted beaches)with no development. Old town Mazatlan is much like New Orleans with many restored buildings from the 19th century and very narrow streets. We were fortunate enough to be there in October, when they released hundreds of infant sea turtles into the ocean. Watching them rave down the sand and fight through the surf was unforgettable! Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby. • Nearby Attractions: The same golf course that is 3 minutes away also has perfectly maintained tennis courts. There is a brand new golf course that is just being finished on the other side of the marina (you can easily see it and the other course with tennis courts from the windows of the condo.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
