View

The view from the unit is the best feature. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves, or the people walk on the beach. The sunsets are spectacular.

Distances

• The taxi or shuttle bus ride from the airport to the condo building is approximately 30 minutes.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are several golf courses in or nearby Mazatlan. It is a quick taxi ride to them.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The condo building is just north of the Golden Zone in Mazatlan. It is between the El Cid Marina and Playa Escondito. You can catch a taxi just outside the condo building door. The bus stop is a half block away. You can take the bus to the shopping centres or downtown.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The condo building is right on the ocean with beach just in front of it. You can watch the waves or the sunset over the ocean from either of the two balconies in our unit. The condo is oceanfront with miles of sandy beach to stroll on. The water is good for swimming and the waves are excellent for boogie boarding.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
The renter will be responsible for the cost of lost or damaged items.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
