Located at Villa Serena across from Hotel Playa Mazatlan, in the heart of the Golden Zone. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants, galleries, and practically everything. Quiet, safe area. Fully equipped and furnished with quality and comfort in mind. Impeccable condition. Fully renovated and refurnished in August 2005
First floor: One bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom, kitchen, living and dinning room. Second floor: Two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with 2 twin beds, bathroom and balcony. The twin beds can be converted to a king size bed.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
