• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Plenty of shops, restaurants, and galleries within a walkable distance.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach is across the street.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
