Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
No personal cheques. Condo must be delivery clean and any item lost will be charge in the credit card or extra charge may occurred.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
