Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of inquire service.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
