This contemporary kitchen is amply equipped with virtually all the comforts of home including colorful mixing bowls and non-stick pots and pans hanging above the sink for easy use. Filtered drinking water is located on the sink for quick access. Counter tops have a smooth contemporary finish that not only give this kitchen a modern Spanish art deco look but make for easy clean-ups. All the racks are modern contemporary and provide for easy identification of utensils as well as access.

Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). As this villa was completely gutted and remodeled from the ground up from February 2006 to February 2007, all the beds are brand new. This is a very comfortable king size bed with nice soft 100% soft cotton bed set. Having traveled around Europe and Mexico and noticed Many details lacking, we painstakingly included details to make this villa comfortable and inviting not only from the point of view of national tourists but also of the tourist from the U.S.A. and Canada.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This is a very comfortable queen size bed with nice soft 100% soft cotton bed set. This is a light and airy bedroom upstairs that leads to a balcony perfect for relaxing.

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). These are comfortable twin size beds with nice soft 100% soft cotton bed set. This bedroom is located downstairs and is overlooking the patio and gardens.

Playa Gaviotas is the street that goes through the heart of the Golden Zone. And that is just where this Villa is located. You will be able to see the active tourist life by merely stepping out of the villa. The famous Fiesta Mexicana is in the Playa Mazatlan Hotel located just across the street. The beach is also just across the street.

• Rafael Buelna Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. The airport is about 30 to 35 minutes from the tourist zone.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Buses and pulmonias (fiberglass open-air taxis) are constantly up and down the streets of Mazatlan for your convenience.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). This villa is conveniently located in the heart of the Golden Zone. Shopping and dining is a mere half a block walk down the street.
• Beach is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Jet ski, parasailing, boogie boards, catamaran rentals etc. are on the beach in front of or just near the beach. There are many providers of beach activities. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Shopping and dining start just steps outside the villa. Golf course and tennis courts are 20 minutes away walking or 5 minutes by public transportation. Specialty shops such as art shops and jewelry shops are just down the street.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
Once you reserve by sending deposit, balance and security deposit must be paid by 30 days prior to check in date. Otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled. You can re-reserve (re-apply initial deposit, you do not pay again)if you contact the owner and the unit is still available for that time slot, otherwise a different time slot can be arranged. Please remember this is a house and not a room in a hotel with revolving customers. If you cancel after the 90 day prior to check in date I will be as accommodating as possible. The sooner you let me know, the sooner I can try to book out your time period and if so, place you in another available time period if your time slot is booked. Last minute bookings please make arrangements with owner. Monthly Rates Deposit: Deposit for monthly stays is $300. Out of which $25 per week cleaning fee will be deducted. Cleaning of the villa once a week by a maid provides a healthy and inviting villa.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per visit .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
