This vacation home is a NON SMOKING. If smokers are staying they MUST smoke outside and properly dispose of debris in safe manner. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, couches or beds at any time. Keys not left, no security deposit refund. No students or singles under 25 years old. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense is subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, check in will be denied. No daily maid service.

• Parking Provided: 3 Garage, 3 Underground, 3 Covered, 5 Outdoor. Summer Parking – Parking is limited to five (5) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Two vehicle parking on the street immediately in front of house; two (2) vehicle parking in alley immediately behind garage and one (1) vehicle parking on car pad next to garage (north side) is permitted. Winter/Snow Storm Parking: DO NOT park on parking pad on north side of house as your car will be damaged by snow fall from roof. The garage will be plowed and made available for three cars in garage and two more cars can park in front of garage doors. Do not block alley as snow removal vehicles

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
A $300 security deposit plus 1st night required to guarantee reservation. 7. CANCELLATIONS – A fifteen (15) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made fourteen days 14 days or less of the arrival date, are subject to the following fees. • 7A: 14 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 10% of deposit & 10% of total reservation. • 7B: 7 days and under: 50% of security deposit and 50% of total reservation. • If under (7B) if the house is re-rented during these dates, the fees default to (7A) 8. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 per pet max 2 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of maybe available.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
