There is a beach house. Property is completely landscaped. Home has been extensively renovated in 2003, with new hardwood flooring, entrance, kitchen, windows, decking, railing, skylights, and dining area. Owners reside in lower level. There is a BBQ on the deck.

Longer term stay of 15 to 30 days certainly available.
