Great views overlooking the Rocky Mountains from the condo. Watch the sun set over the mountains from the deck. The clubhouse is one of the nicest in Winter Park and is only 100' away from the condo. It has a laundry, 2 racquetball courts, 4 tennis courts, 2 outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor pool (open year 'round). There is also a steam room, weights and cardio-vascular equipment. Internet access: Yes (in condo and also at the club house) We are about two miles from the community recreation center. It has a lap pool, "lazy river" and huge water slide for the kids (and adults), state of the art weight and cardio equipment, free weights and a basketball court.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Prefer personal, checks but PayPal is fine, too.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.If your Match is cancelled due to a Covid19 related restriction you will be eligible for a refund.
