Great views overlooking the Rocky Mountains from the condo. Watch the sun set over the mountains from the deck.

The clubhouse is one of the nicest in Winter Park and is only 100' away from the condo. It has a laundry, 2 racquetball courts, 4 tennis courts, 2 outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor pool (open year 'round). There is also a steam room, weights and cardio-vascular equipment.

Internet access is available from the clubhouse (the signal can almost always be picked up from the condo).

A new community recreation center opened (December 19, 2009) and it's only 2 miles from the condo. It has a lap pool, "lazy river" and huge water slide for the kids (and adults), state of the art weight and cardio equipment, free weights and a basketball court.
