This upper level unit is well situated for spectacular views of the local mountains, full of jungle life and recreational opportunities. You will be exhilarated by views of the lagoon, ocean, mountains and town from the common rooftop palypa.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15.00 USD.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
