1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Fully equipped studio flat on the premises, by the main barbecue area, with kitchen, fridge, direct tv, bathroom/shower.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Bedside table for each side, with matching reading lamps. Room has complete wardrobes, with wooden clothes hangers. Has free standing oval mirror.
1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1), 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Pull Out (sleeps 1). One double deck, and one sofa bed with a slide out bed below. Sleeps 4.
1 Queen Bed. Sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 2.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
Views are of the surrounding grounds, garden, and pool area.
• Main airport is located 15 minutes drive from the location.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). La Vacherie is an exclusive golf course, which is located approximately 12 kms away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving more than 120 minute(s). Las Lenas skiing resort is located approximately 500 Km away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Palmares shopping center is located 2 minutes away from the property. There are many cinemas and great restaurants, plus supermarket and coffee shops.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
