Situated in a quiet sunny house near the railway but there are not many trains during the day and none or sometimes two to four in the night. 1 flat above (only one quiet person lives in it), 1 flat under (only two quiet persons live in it) 1 flat east (most of the time that quiet person doesn't spend the night in there). There is a washer.
• The small railway station Menton Garavan is only 150 meters away. The "big" station were all the important trains stop is 1.5 km away. The airport is about 40 km away. The bus stop to the town 150 meters away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Mont Agel above Monaco is less than 1 hour away. Further away there are others.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The ski resorts are about 70-90 kms away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Bar-newsagent, grocery, pharmacy, butcher, doctors, cybercafé, restaurants : 200 meters away. Supermarket : 650 meters. Market (every morning) : 1.1 km. The center of the town is at about 1 km.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Mediterranean Sea is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are several different beaches and two harbours.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival).

Transfer to the bank or a french cheque. The deposit is not refundable. A cleaning fee of 80 will be charged if flat is not cleaned to its original state.
