Hamlet/castle, set on a hill in Umbria (450m a.s.l.). The structure, which dates back to the year 1000, has been completely restored with great care, winning first prize from the London Conservation Foundation. Surrounded by woods and secular olive trees, it benefits from extensive panoramas of the surrounding area in a unique atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. 23 personalised apartments (some of which can be rented for vacations) are the result of the restoration, some with frescoes and all carefully and well finished. Just outside the main entrance to the hamlet, shared swimming pool (18 x 8) (1/6-15/9) (open 9:30am-1pm and 3pm-7pm), bordered by meadows and olive trees and games for children. Parking. Communal coin-operated laundry. Telephone available at the caretaker's house. Heating by electric radiators and from the hot air ducts of the fireplaces.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
