DISTANCES: Abt. 2 km away horseback excursions, 5 km Mercatello (food shops), 7 km Spina (tennis), 28 km Perugia.
ACCOMMODATION: Basement : kitchen/dining room with fireplace and access to outside. Gr.fl.: living room with fireplace, access to outside and small kitchen corner, WC. 1st.fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, WC. 2nd.fl.: 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms of which one has a small balcony, 1 bathroom with shower. 3rd. fl.: covered, panoramic terrace (3.5 m2). Comfortable furniture. TV available on request. This accomodation is not suitable for children under the age of 10. Central heating with electric ironclad plates.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
