Completely restored farmhouse that has been divided into 3 apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners. Transformed into a peaceful residence on the banks of a stream, immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian hills (350 a.s.l). Panoramic view overlooking the forest and the valley. Very peaceful position. Surrounding the accommodation is the property (30 hectares) with a garden (6,00 m2). Communal swimming pool (6x12; max. 1.5 m deep), table-tennis, volleyball net, darts, five-a-side football pitch, barbecue, wood oven and laundry room. Bicycles available for hire. Parking. It is possible to have breakfast (to be paid on the spot). DISTANCES: 1 km from Mercatello (grocery shops), 3 km Spina (various shops), 20 km Perugia and Lake Trasimeno (beaches), 30 km Assisi and 35 km Todi.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
