If you have your own boat, there is moorage also right outside the door.

Airport
The airport is about a 1 minute drive/taxi from the property. Just steps away, the harbour sea planes take passengers in a half hour flight to downtown Vancouver, offering great shopping on Robson street, Theatres, Stanley Park, and more, and all in a day allowing one to return home for dinner. Within 100 metres, the Dayliner train starts its 300 kilometer journey up the island every morning and returns the same day, stopping at many towns on the way. The international airport is 40 minutes away.

The shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk from the property. Some of Victoria’s most popular restaurants surround the building, making it easy to have gourmet meals with out the worry of taxis or drinking and driving. Downtown shopping and malls are walking distance.
