    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 35 Euro per week.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 Euro.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
