1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. This is the basic room roughly 30 sq.mt.(320 sq.ft.) where you will also find the front line kitchen with all necessary equipments and the dining section.
2 Single/Twin Cots. Two single beds tat can be joined in a queen size bed - bathroom beyond this bedroom - all new furnitures and linens.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
There are two windows in the apartment, one for each room. The apartment has very beautiful vews on the Sorrento peninsula and to the hills. At the same level you will find the terrace where you will experience a wonderful panorama of the Gulf of Naples, up to Procida and Ischia.
Individual air conditioning (9500 btu) can provide any kind of support (warm, cold, ventilation, dehumidification etc)

- 300 metres to Circumvesuviana train station (for trains to Naples Centrale/Garibaldi train station) - 25 miles/45 km to Naples Capodichino airport - 170 miles/260 km to Rome/Fiumicino airport
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a golf course in Sorrento, 4 km only from this location.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can shop and dine everywhere both in Meta - closest restaurant at 50 mt. (150 ft.) - minimarket and main shops at no more than 300 mt. (900 ft) - and all the way to Sorrento but ...Sorrento is just 4 km away (2.5 miles) and very well connected by trains (6 minutes run every half an hour) or by frequent buses.

- Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and boat lift. Waterfront is about 15 minutes walking or less than 5 minutes by bus. Meta has the largest beaches in the Sorrento peninsula.
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Valid personal credit card data (Visa or American Express) must be provided when confirming a reservation for any possible cancellation penalties and/or for damages occurred to the properties exceeding the amount deposited on arrival.
Penalties as follows: 20 % for cancellations up to 45 days from the date of arrival; should the assigned apartment not be re-rented for the same period, an additional 60% amount will be debited on credit card for cancellations requested during last 44 days from the arrival date or for no-show.
