Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
All Cancellations are subject to a 5% handling fee on the Full Rental Amount. All Holiday Bookings are subject to a 60 day prior cancellation notification.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $85.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
