1 Queen Murphy/Wall Bed (sleeps 2). This is a standard mattress and is the same quality as the bedroom mattress.
1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Foam Mattress (sleeps 1). Bedding is provided for these 2 chair beds when purchasing additional linen pkgs. These are in a loft with a ladder access and not recommended for children under 5.
1 Queen Bed. This bedroom has a separate TV with VCR, DVD/CD player, microwave, coffeemaker and table with 2 chairs. This bedroom with private bath is optional. If not needed a discount may be applied to your rental rate.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

THIS UNIT HAS THE OPTION OF RENTING JUST THE STUDIO PORTION WITH THE BEDROOM LOCKED OFF. A MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS ALLOWED. YOU MAY ALSO JUST RENT THE BEDROOM WITH BACK DECK FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS (EXCLUDES WINTER SEASON).
All season activity in Upper Methow Valley. Hike, bike, fish, river/lake sports, x-country ski out your door, snowshoe, snowmobile and many other activities.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Bear Creek Golf Course is approximately 15 miles east, just outside of Winthrop.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). MVSTA trail is right out your door.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Shopping & Dining are within a 5 minute drive. Full grocery store is located in Winthrop, 12 miles east of Timberline Meadows.
• Methow River is across Hwy 20 from Timberline Meadows. Many lakes within 1 hr drive. There are many mountain lakes to hike to. Methow River is opposite on Hwy 20
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Any payment by check must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
