This is a newly constructed home(12/2007), tastefully decorated with many personal touches. It is very spacious and comfortable with granite floors and counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. There are 2 covered porches, and a deck along a seasonal irrigation creek. The dining room has 270 degrees of windows with outstanding views. The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a connecting bathroom with walk in shower. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are very spacious with awesome mtn. views. It is located in a beautiful forest setting with access to Methow Valley Sport Trails system(All year)

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    There is 5% handling fee for all cancellations.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
