There are several busses leaving at walking distance from the apartment. The nearest is on the same street taking you to Tonala or Sams Club a cinema or a walmart sized mall. Besides this bus there are several other busses at 10 minutes walking that take you any where in the city.
Shopping and Dining
Two house next from the apartment is a small restaurant and on the corner a small grocery store. The center of Tlaquepaque is at 10 minutes walking where you have several restaurants and a lot of art galleries where it is famous for. Also many small grocery stores that are open 24 hours.
Golf Courses
There are 2 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 50.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
