The nearest is on the same street taking you to Tonala or Sams Club a cinema or a walmart sized mall. Besides this bus there are several other busses at 10 minutes walking that take you any where in the city.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Two house next from the apartment is a small restaurant and on the corner a small grocery store.
The center of Tlaquepaque is at 10 minutes walking where you have several restaurants and a lot of art galleries where it is famous for. Also many small grocery stores that are open 24 hours.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No children are allowed under 15 years old.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
