It has a floor with tiles and a rug near the beds. If you staying alone in the room we can take out one bed to give you some more space.

There is a ceramic museum in the center of Tlaquepaque which is about 13 minutes walking. Every friday at 11:30 we invite you to come with our spanish teachers on a tour to Guadalajara. This tour is free. The University UAG is about 1 hour by bus to the unit
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Cash
We dont ask for a payment in advance. You have to pay for the apartment on the first or second day of your arrival. All payments have to be paid cash in mexican pesos. There is a minimum stay from 6 nights. If you decided to leave before these 6 nights there wont be a refund. If you book for more than 6 nights and decided to leave before the period you paid for you have to let us know 24 hours in advance. If you let us know 24 hours in advance we will return you the money for the nights that you are not staying in the apartment.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 7 years old stay free.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 9:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
